Do not rely on information on this site
The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. It is not intended to be financial or investment advice. We operate a wine pricing engine that provides a current and forecasted value of wine. This valuation may inform the amount of loan you may or may not be offered. Our in-house data science team updates and refines our models to reflect changes in the marketplace, however we cannot guarantee that the pricing engine is accurate at all times.
You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our site.
Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.
We also cannot guarantee to have every wine available on our wine pricing engine for valuation. If you own wine that is not available on our pricing engine, please complete your application with the relevant details and an Amphorae appraiser will consider the valuation as part of the appraisal process. There is no guarantee your wine will be accepted.

Which country's laws apply to any disputes?
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. If you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
